Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to introduce students with some problems associated with the determination of 3D structure of macromolecules, such as crystallisation and modelling. We propose herein a set of questions as a guide to induce students to analyse critically the different aspects of protein architecture. Copyright (C) 2000 IUBMB.
