Abstract:

Interaction-driven effects on two-component Bose-Einstein condensates were discussed. The role of the interparticle-interaction strength in the distribution of two species of atoms was explained. The systems for which the minima of the trapping potentials for the species are displaced from each other by a distance that is small were studied. Results showed that the distribution of species changes, and exhibits different features in a small range of the interparticle-interaction strength.
