Abstract:

A methodology to simulate numerically the heat or mass transfer processes in solids of irregular shapes is proposed. An example of application is presented. The numerical results are compared satisfactorily with analytical and experimental data. This confirms the validity of the technique which could be applied to the study of these processes. © 1986.
