Abstract:

The positive- and negative-parity states of Y89, Sr87, and Sr89 are analyzed with the particle-core coupling model which, in the present extension, involves the coupling of a particle (hole) to six core states in Sr88. The calculated energy-level sequences, spectroscopic factors, and the few available electromagnetic properties compare favorably with experiment.
