Abstract:

Seven biliar acids have been studied using negative-ion FAB ionization techniques. Productions of each of them were obtained by MS/MS techniques using MIKES and B/E routines. Results were compared in order to optimize the analyses conditions and to apply them for the identification and quantification of the complex mixtures isolated from human fluids. The profiling of this acids will allow the rapid diagnosis of inborn errors of peroxisomal function.
