Abstract:
The time-convolutionless generalized master equation (GME) approach is implemented to analyse the dynamical behaviour of a new model for quantum dissipation that involves solitons as Brownian particles. The time evolution of the centre of the soliton and of the Wigner quasi-probability function is obtained as a function of the corresponding transport coefficients. © 1996 IOP Publishing Ltd.
