Abstract:

In this work we have built a face recognition system using a new method based on recent advances in compressed sensing theory. The authors propose a method for recognizing faces that is robust to certain types and levels of occlusion. They also present tests that allow to assess the incidence of the proposed method. © 2013 Published by Elsevier B.V.
