Duhau's paper does indeed put forward one possible alternative for the description of the collisionless heat conduction in the solar wind. Other solutions have also been proposed (e.g., Hollweg [1976], Scudder [1992]). I believe the matter is still open, and in my review I have chosen to leave it at that, rather than cite any particular proposal to the possible detriment of others. It should be taken into account that it is not possible to cover every topic in detail in a 20‐Kbyte article that deals with 300 years of history. ©1993. American Geophysical Union.
