Abstract:
A method for the determination of the heat of water sorption by means of the Novasina Thermoconstanter Humidat TH2 meter was presented. This methodology was used to determine the heat of water desorption in maize at different moisture contents. The principal advantage of the method is that it permits a direct measurement of isostere lines. © 1989 Academic Press Limited.
