Resumen:

En este trabajo se analiza documentación del Departamento de Física de la UNLP con el objetivo de estudiar las actitudes, posicionamientos y visiones del director del Instituto de Física (IF), Ricardo Gans, respecto de los hechos de Reforma Universitaria en la ciudad de La Plata. Para ello se brindará un contexto y se demostrará que Gans, lejos de ser un declarado anti reformista, participaba, desde un punto de vista conservador, en una discusión más amplia acerca de qué debe reformarse y por qué

Abstract:

In this paper we will analize documentation from the Phisics Department of the Nacional University of La Plata with the objetive of study the attitudes, statements and visions of the Phisics Institute`s director, Ricardo Gans, respect of the Universitary Reform ́s events in the city of La Plata. It will be provided a context and it will be demostrated that Gans, far from beeing a anti-reformism, participated, from a conservative point of view, in a larger discution about what must be reformated and why
