Se diseñó, construyó y caracterizó un detector gaseoso multifilar, dentro del tipo de detectores de partículas que se utilizan en el estudio de lluvias producidas por rayos cósmicos. Se calculó su eficiencia en función de la presión dentro de la cámara y del voltaje de los cátodos. Para ello se utilizó un telescopio formado por dos centelladores plásticos. La mayor eficiencia, (98 ± 3,6) %, se obtuvo trabajando con una presión de 1,5 atm y un voltaje de 2600 V
We designed, build and characterized one multiwire detector for the muons that are originated in the interaction of the cosmics rays at the atmosphere. We calculated the efficiency for the multiwire detector in function of the pressure at the camera and the voltage at the cathodes. We used an array compose of two plastic scintillators and the detector. The best efficiency (98 ± 3,6) % was obtained using the highest pressure at the camera and 2600 V
